cPanel MASTER Reseller — is it an alternative to a VPS or a dedicated server?

Advantages: You can use all features of the cPanel hosting system without paying any license fees, not to talk about the cost for the server itself, and you can now even create reseller level WHM hosting accounts. You will not have to worry about any sort of server admin tasks.
